At CRASQI we stand behind our products and want you to have a pleasant shopping experience. If the size you ordered doesn't work or if you've changed your mind about a particular style, we're happy to assist you. We just ask that you please keep the following in mind:

- There is a $15 processing fee for eligible returns and exchanges

- Items on SALE are not eligible for returns or exchanges

- Products must be sent back within 5 days of receiving your order

- Products must be unworn, unwashed, in the condition you received them, with tags attached

- All products shipped outside the US are considered final sale and as such they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable

- We only offer one free return/exchange

Once your return is received and inspected by us, we shall issue an exchange or refund within 5 business days.

All shipping and handling charges, gift cards and store credit are nonrefundable.

Returns not abiding by this policy will be returned to sender.

Store credit is only valid only on www.crasqi.com.
